In a recent survey conducted by McAg, workers expressed overwhelming enthusiasm for participating in skills development training. When presented with various questions, workers unanimously “strongly agreed” that such opportunities are beneficial to their success in their work, assist them in achieving their skills development or personal goals, and may lead to multi-season or long-term work opportunities.
3D Farms supports worker to obtain forklift ticket, leading the way in migrant worker skills development
In a heartening display of support for skills development in migrant workers, Chris and Gail Davey, proprietors of 3D Farms and valued McAg Host Employers, have recently assisted McAg seasonal worker Junior Paul Bobong in acquiring his LF forklift license during his placement at their farm.
