McCrystal Agricultural Services (McAg) is excited to announce the successful completion of the Injury Prevention and Management Program (IPAM), a collaborative initiative by Workplace Health and Safety QLD, Worksafe QLD, and WorkCover QLD.

This achievement positions McAg to complement and enhance the existing Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) management systems employed by our customers. Our commitment to safety and prevention was recently demonstrated following a near-miss incident at one of our customer sites. McAg consulted, conducted a thorough root cause analysis and risk assessment, and developed and delivered on multi-lingual digital training materials to mitigate the risk of recurrence. This level of professional assistance is included with the use of McAg labour hire services.

We encourage all McAg customers to report any hazards or incidents observed on their sites by submitting a Hazard Identification or Incident Report. McAg is dedicated to assisting businesses navigate the complexities of evolving Industrial Relations changes and compliance requirements. Our aim is to complement, not intrude, on your business operations.
